Please Read Carefully Before Booking
Your registration and participation in the Shan Fisher Education Ltd Retreat Workshop constitute your agreement to these terms and conditions. If you have questions or concerns regarding this agreement, please contact us at [email protected]
Attendance and Punctuality
1.1 To fully benefit from the workshop, please arrive on time and attend each session completely. If you cannot attend, notify us in advance via email at [email protected]. Please note, that refunds are not provided for missed sessions due to lateness.
1.2 Shan Fisher Education Ltd reserves the right to change the venue or adjust the workshop structure. Should changes occur, attendees will be notified as soon as possible.
Fees & Cancellations
2.1 A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of enrollment to secure your place in the workshop.
2.2 The full workshop fee must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the start date. Failure to complete payment may result in loss of your place.
2.3 If payment is made after the due date, we reserve the right to offer your spot to another participant. You will remain liable for payment unless your spot is filled.
2.4 If you notify us at least two weeks before the start date, you may: a) Transfer your booking to a future course. b) Sell your seat for a full refund. If you are unable to sell your seat, no refund will be given.
2.5 Shan Fisher Education Ltd may cancel the workshop any time before it begins. In such an event, all paid fees will be refunded. Please note that travel and accommodation costs are not covered.
Image Usage & Privacy
3.1 Images taken at the workshop are for personal portfolio use only and may not be used commercially or submitted to contests without permission.
3.2 Attendees will indemnify Shan Fisher Education Ltd against any legal claims arising from unauthorized commercial use of images.
3.3 Credit ‘Shan Fisher Education Ltd’ when posting workshop images on social media.
3.4 Recording or filming the workshop requires prior permission.
3.5 We reserve the right to use images or recordings from the workshop for promotional purposes.
3.6 Workshop materials provided are for individual use only and may not be distributed without written consent and appropriate fees.
Liability
4.1 Shan Fisher Education Ltd is not liable for personal injuries or property damage occurring at the workshop.
4.2 Attendees are responsible for their belongings and equipment during the workshop.
General
By booking this workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
